1. Installation:

• Place the tank on a flat and even surface. Do not install on an inclined, sloped, or uneven base, and avoid any hard objects under the bottom of the tank.

• When installing, the inlet and outlet of the tank must face the nearest water pipeline direction.

• Before connecting the water pipes, tighten the inlet/outlet fittings of the tank securely by hand (tighten until firm, do not overtighten).

• The tank is designed for storing clean water on-site only, not for transportation. (If it is used to store chemicals or any liquid other than water, the manufacturer must be informed in advance to produce the most suitable type.)

2. Warranty & Maintenance:

• For warranty claims, first check and inspect the tank installation position to ensure it meets technical requirements. Identify the cause of the issue and explain clearly to the customer who is responsible before proceeding with warranty or repair.

• If the fittings are leaking, retighten them and apply PTFE tape (non-stick sealing tape) to the threaded parts of the inlet and outlet pipes.

• If the tank is cracked or broken due to improper installation, welding repair must be carried out as follows:

  • Drain all water from the tank and clean the damaged area thoroughly.

  • Allow the area to dry completely.

  • Use a preheated welding tool to melt along the crack in a V-shaped groove.

  • Apply plastic welding powder onto the heated tool until it adheres, then spread the melted plastic evenly to fill the V-groove.

  • Ensure the welded area is filled above the tank surface level and preheated before applying additional plastic material.

• If installing a mechanical float valve, place it at the inlet position.

• If installing an electric float switch, drill a hole at the highest part of the tank wall.
